Cabin crew very friendly and pleasant. Flight left late but we didn't know why. Alaska Airlines app was not user friendly -- app wouldn't let us upgrade our seats, but no indication if flight was full. We wound up having to call the airline to request an upgrade and we were told none was available. Waste of time. Baggage retrieval was easy.
The boarding gate is literally just an aisle to the concourse. There is no seating and it's shared with several other airlines. It's crowded, hot, and standing-room only. It's difficult to hear gate announcements over the PA system with too many other carriers crammed into a small space. I've enjoyed flying AA in the past on the west coast, but the BNA single gate experience is horrendous! Never again from BNA to SEA with AA.
It was a partial full flight. But even with a spare seat it was hard to get comfortable More on me being a wide body probably
Our flights using Alaska Airlines went great! All of the flight attendants were very friendly. Big shout out to the pilots for getting us to and from our destinations safely!
I can’t complain. Perhaps passing out headphones, but it was on me to bring my own since I could have used some for my personal device.
I liked only the crew. The flyght was too much fast, faster than it should be, on 20 min faster, but not safer, I experienced on myself astranautic overload from suddenly appearing in the sky and all the vibrations of the turbines, because I had my place at the level of the wings. Pregnant woman should not be seated on the level of the wings with all turbines, pregnant woman should be offered to charge place to seat closer to front or in the back, but not at the level of all the turbines. Vibrations of turbines are not healthy for pregnancy. I hold all the flight my belly in my hands to avoid miscarriage. If it would be longer flying distances, I could have miscarriage with Alaskan airlines.
I didn't have food or use entertainment, so those evaluations are invalid.
I do not feel the priority seating I paid for was was adequate for the cost. there was no difference from coach on any other airline, and it was very uncomfortable
Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.
Absolutely nothing flight was cancelled and delayed for 2 days. Barely a heads up I want a full refund
The plane from SNA wouldn’t start after 5 tries. The team gave me an option of flying direct from LAX and giving me a Lyft ride there! Perfect!
The boarding was horrible. You couldn’t hear the announcements at all. Probably because there is so much in the area for businesses. They need a louder PA system. Other than that it was a good Delta experience.
Had a broken tray in business class. Crew just shrugged it off.
Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.
public website still broken for years randomly blocking browsers with privacy options active after loading a page maybe once. check-in on laptop was almost impossible but eventually randomly worked. had to print pass at airport since couldn't get back in to load digital pass on mobile firefox or chrome. red eye flight so smooth onboarding, plenty of room to spread out, easy offboarding. onboard wifi instructions mention vpn can cause problems connecting but fails to also mention private dns. no printed or built in menu list, seems weird to require personal device to point at qr code link for menu which does not even allow direct ordering. people with health condition risk related dietary restrictions trying to avoid for example cholesterol and sugar are left guessing what they can order either way without nutritional info highlights (cranberry juice was minute maid co*cktail with as much suger as typical can of soda). tap to pay wasn't working and always seems sketchy to manually enter card info. good movie variety, so limited tv was okay.
Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Boarding was fine. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine. Snacks were great! Definitely a bonus. The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. That made it better.
Flight diverted in SD. Later take off in Seattle by 1.3hrs
Terrible. Delta delays caused us to miss our flight and they did nothing to fix it.
Great! I love Jet Blue. My favorite airline! Very efficient, clean and timely.
We were told that our flight would be delayed for 90+ minutes because of weather, so we went to get something to eat only to have them randomly start boarding 15 minutes after the announcement, with no warning.
Entertainment... No earphones passed out. Many including me couldn't use the TV. Legroom was good. Crew was indifferent and a bit surly. Free wifi was a nice convenience. Check in desk location was unknown. Gate number on the boarding passes was wrong.
Confusing. Delay updates were out of whack At one point it said my flight was 25 hours. Three gate changes and two delays only to change back to original departure time. Gate announcer and on board flight attendant (Alejandro) making the announcements was impossible to understand due to accent and speed of speech. After beverage service the rear flight attendants sat back there on their phones. No refills no checking in, one sweep through for trash collection. Very impersonal. Bring back co*ke products
Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to
Delayed by almost an hour - I also noticed that all JetBlue flights departing from PBI were delayed yet the weather was perfect.
I loved the wifi, much better than Delta. Seats were old. and bathrooms dingy.

Delayed 4 hours because of maintenance issue they knew about all day. Get another plane. Time is precious!
I liked that boarding and take off were timely despite a 15 minute delay due to weather. The pilot communicated with us the entire flight keeping us informed re: turbulance and slight delays on the runway after we landed.
